2008 Annual Spring Meeting Travel Fellowships

The Association of Neuroscience Departments and Programs (ANDP) announces the availability of travel fellowships to attend the 2008 Spring Meeting in Bethesda, MD on May 3 and May 4, 2008. The goal of this program is to broaden participation in the ANDP by providing travel support to individuals from departments/programs that have not previously attended the Spring Meeting. Awards are not limited to program directors, and any neuroscientist with an active interest and commitment to neuroscience education is welcome to apply. Applicants may be from either current ANDP members, or from non-member institutions that have, or are in the process of developing, an ANDP-eligible program.  

Fellowship recipients will receive reimbursement of up to $500 in travel expenses (hotel and/or airfare) and free registration for the meeting. Up to 10 fellowships will be awarded this year.  

To apply, please send your CV, and a brief statement describing (1) your interest and current/future role in neuroscience training, (2) what programs currently exist or are being developed at your institution, and (3) confirmation that your program has not previously attended the Spring Meeting, to:
